My Life. My Art. My Purpose
So I'm kind of a jack of all trades, there really isn't anything I can't do to be honest.. haha!
I'm a creative soul, who's very in touch with my spiritual side. I love helping people through pain, suffering and giving them advice on how to find grounding, overcome mental /emotional blocks and disorders.

I'm a passionate person who is 100% committed to everything that I do. So if I don't want to do something, I won't do it at all. My heart and soul needs to be in it fully, otherwise it'll be a waste of everyone's time.

I am a vocalist, writer, songwriter, actress, dancer, DJ and model. I do commercial work, film, TV, theatre and stage. My genres consists of pop, commercial, RnB, K-pop, C-pop and musical theatre. When it comes to writing I specialise in spoken word, poetry, dramatic monologues and lifestyle.

My hobbies are cheerleading, circus training, aerial, pole dancing, ice and roller skating. I play both the guitar and keyboard pretty badly, but enough for me to come up with song!

I've studied improvised musical theatre with 'Show Stoppers', songwriting and vocals at 'The Institute of Contemporary Music and Performance'. Prior to that I studied acting and stage combat at 'The Bridge Theatre Training Company'

I went to Hornsey School for Girls (a performing arts school) and played the role of Sandy in our production of 'Grease', Velma Von Tussle in 'Hairspray' and was part of a combined contemporary / ballet program and performance with the 'Royal Ballet School'.

On a professional level I am trained in all the things mentioned above, as well as being a qualified personal trainer and Pilates teacher. I'm currently finishing off my Yoga teaching course, Rehki healing, nutrition in Ayurveda, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mental Health course.

I've lived a turbulent roller coaster of a life, achieving many things, whilst receiving amazing advice from professional practitioners along the way.

I've also benefited from various charity programs including Amy's Yard, Capital Xtra's Music Potential Program and Wax Lyrical to name a few and would like to give back to the creative community with all the skills and knowledge I have come to be blessed with.

The industry needs to change and I want to drive that change. The importance of mental health and well being needs to be brought to the forefront, to ensures our creatives will be able to sustain a longterm career with a balance and healthy lifestyle.
